Construction
- Body: SS304 / 316 / 316L, made on precision CNC milling machines. The body is replaceable and the operating torque is low.
- Connections: to BS, SMS, DIN and 3A standards – weld ends, male/male thread or clamp.
- Disc: fully machined, roughness Ra below 0.6 μm. Disc head 9.5 mm, 8 × 12 mm or 12 × 12 mm – for the US and European markets. Electropolished or PTFE coated on request.
- Handle: glass-fibre reinforced nylon or stainless steel, with gripper – pull or press type. Versions from 2 positions upwards.
12-position handle
Handle in nylon 6 reinforced with glass fibre or in stainless steel 304, with a stainless gripper bar and notch plate – easy to operate with secure locking. Precise design, suitable for adding your logo. Fits ⌀9.4 × 9.4, ⌀12 × 8 or ⌀12 × 12 disc heads – for US and European type butterfly valves.
4-position handle
Handle fully in stainless steel 304 with a phenolic grip and 4 positions, machined and polished for easy operation and secure locking. Fits ⌀9.4 × 9.4, ⌀12 × 8 or ⌀12 × 12 disc heads – for US and European type butterfly valves.
